2 years in this buzzing, melting pot of talent. I learned the in’s and out’s of the recruitment world from a British perspective.
7 challenging yet rewarding years in a fervent market travelling between Jozi, Cape Town & Durban handling recruitment, training & managing a dedicated team.
BOOM! In 2011 landed in Milan & here I still am, having met so many inspirational people on my path. In 2016 I became an Independent Consultant & have never looked back.
I am Sabina Botti, born and bred in South Africa with Italian blood running through my veins.
My journey so far has gone something like this:
Studies in marketing & communication (IMM Institute of Marketing Management of South Africa)
London City securing my first job in recruitment & executive search. Working, saving, working and saving...The reward? A few months travel around-the-world savouring life through the eyes of locals in many diverse countries.
Cape Town to join the family business, recruitment specialists, established in 1977. Here I spent 7 intense, informative years.
In 2011 the call of Italy was so great that I took the plunge and now proudly define Milan as my "home away from home" I have been privileged to work for respectable companies in both the recruitment and training industries in the Milanese corporate world, teaching me tenacity and resilience. Milan has also been good to me personally allowing me to meet my husband and later being the native city to our two precious girls born in 2017 and 2019.
My desire to advance further both professionally & personally led me to take another risk: offering a bespoke service of both executive search and management training by becoming an Independent Corporate Consultant.
Highs and lows, blood, sweat and yes tears... and the desire & determination has never diminished. Now as we go forth in this new and complex market I feel grateful for it all. Even you simply browsing my website and considering the option of hiring a Career Advisor makes me shine, somewhat like how I thrive on making others shine.

THERE YOU ARE”
